Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
Delivery options and costs

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has been dispatched. Orders are packed and dispatched by our UK fulfilment partner. Occasionally deliveries may take longer due to carrier delays, bank holidays, severe weather or busy periods such as Christmas.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order and a shipping confirmation once it has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you need to change your address, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order is dispatched.
Late, lost or damaged deliveries
If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, please email hello@merbacokitchen.com with your order number (and photos of any damage). We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you nominate.
