Orders are packed and dispatched from our UK fulfilment partner. Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has been dispatched; you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Returns
- You can cancel your order and return it for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
- To start a return, email hello@merbacokitchen.com with your order number. We'll send you a return authorisation and the return address.
- Please include the return authorisation slip inside your parcel and return the item in the condition you received it.
- Return postage is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. If your item arrived damaged, faulty or not as described, we'll cover the return cost.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
